For several generations, people live in an underground city, illuminated only by lanterns. The creators of the city hoped that residents would be able to reach the surface after 200 years, and left the instructions sealed in a temporary capsule. The capsule was stored and transmitted from one mayor of the city to the next. However, by coincidence, this chain was interrupted, and the score with the instructions was lost.
