After a shipwreck, a man is nailed to a deserted tropical island inhabited only by turtles, crabs and birds. Trying to escape from the ill -fated island on the raft, the hero suddenly collides with a huge red turtle, which suppresses all his attempts to escape. However, gradually the man is attached to the essence. In the end, he accepts his fate and learns to survive alone on the island, until one day the Red Turtle mysteriously turns into a woman. The couple passes through the milestones surrounded by crabs, insects and an endless ocean.
