A cool guy dud, a fan of rock and roll and a crazy racer, falls in love with the beauty Donna. They are haunted by a gang of local hooligans on steep cars, led by a cruel Tead. Permanent racing along the streets of the city and showdowns in restaurants cause the discontent of the police sheriff. The rivalry between Ted and Dews develops into open enmity and leads to a bloody massacre.
