Two old men - Claude Ratigne, nicknamed `dead` and Frank Cheraze nicknamed “Gorbaty”, as they live in an abandoned village, only doing that every day and hourly, rolling on the glass of his beloved tincture, enjoying her inspirational freedom and content with his serene senile life . But one fine evening, these two inseparable friends put the end of such an idyll and, without knowing it, come into contact with an alien with a distant planet of UKSO. At first, Claude is trying to carefully hide the fact of a established contact with another world, but an alien guest who once tasted a corporate cabbage soup prepared according to the old man’s recipe is constantly returning to the addition. So the village inhabitants forever say goodbye to their boring and predictable everyday life, acquiring not only a new friend, but also a large fan of cabbage soup. But who would have thought that this was only the beginning of a long and sparkling story ...
