The script is based on the diary of the German journalist Marta Hillers, who she began to keep in the Berlin bomb shelter on April 20, 1945 - on Hitler`s birthday, ten days before his suicide. She tells that in the first few days after the capture of Berlin it was repeatedly raped by Soviet soldiers. The same fate befell many hundreds of thousands of German women, the publication reports. The military with a cry "Komm Frau!" Combed bombed cities. Hillers’s diary reports that they preferred a fat man. The scene is described as the soldiers chased between the ruins for a long time behind the wife of a local bakery until they tumbled her to the ground.
