Max Manus was a little more than twenty, when the Second World War began, and Nazis occupied Norway. Max became one of the most fearless and inventive saboteurs of Norwegian resistance. Under his command, a team of young children blew up German tankers and captured headquarters in the center of the durable capital, teeming with Gestapo. For several terrible years, the war became a life for Max - on it he met his true love, but he lost his best friend on it.
