The sequel to the unexpectedly successful comedy of 1999 with the same actors and characters, with the same director. At the beginning of the film, Paul Witti, the godfather of the mafia, sits in prison. He is not in the best mental state, he needs the help of the psychoanalyst of Dr. Ben Svekel. However, the irony is that the psychoanalyst is now needed by his own faith - after the death of his father, a family business fell on him, and he is in terrible stress. Meanwhile, Witti is released and tries to adapt to life outside the mafia - he enters television, where he advises the programs ... about the mafia.
