December 22. 16 years have passed after the revolution. In a small town in Romania, everyone is already waiting for the advent of Christmas. The pensioner Piscup is preparing to spend the next Christmas in complete solitude. The history teacher Mesescu is trying to pay off his debts. And Zhdresska, the owner of a local television station, seems to be not at all interested in the upcoming holidays. It’s time for him to understand history.
