The plot of the film tells of the legendary robber of banks John Dillingere. Daring attacks made him an outstanding hero for all oppressed and main targets for the best agent of the FBI Melvin Prims and Director of Bureau John Edgar Guver. No one could stop Dillinger`s gang. No prison could keep him. The charm and desperate shoots glorified the criminal in society, who considered banks the main reason for the great depression. While the adventures of the dashing gang, to which the baby Nelson and Elvin Carpis joined, inspired angry citizens, Hoover decided to take the opportunity and turn the bureau of investigations into the main law enforcement organization of the country - the FBI. He made Dillinger the most dangerous enemy of America, and the Savior Narek the Primes, the pride of the federal bureau.
