The film was shot based on the work of Charles Dickens. The film takes place in the 19th century in England. The protagonist Nicholas Nicklby, like his family, was used to living in a wide foot, without denying anything for himself. This continued until the father of the family died, leaving the family without funds. Nicholas, together with his sister and mother, moves to London and settles with Uncle Ralph. Soon they discover that uncle does not at all have good feelings for them, but on the contrary, does everything to disconnect this family. He sends Nicholas to teach at a school managed by the cruel director WECFORD SKVIES. Where does Nicholas soon run along with one of the students named Smike, trying to return to the family again.
