The film unfolds in the near future in the Orange district, California. In this era, when the shaft of drugs finally swept America, the mysterious substance D, completely destroying their psyche, took possession of the minds and bodies of people. The protagonist of the tape is the secret agent of the Police to combat drugs Robert Arct, who, due to the nature of his activity, also becomes drug addict.
