This film is a continuation of the story of the guitarist El Maryachi. This time he is trying to prevent the powerful drug lord Barrillo to overthrow the President of Mexico. He receives this task from the CIA Sandsal agent, who does not want to risk his own life in order to save the life of the head of an alien state. The adventures of El Maryachi begin against the background of the coming revolution, universal confusion and blood feud.
