In the rich London hotel, the American singer and dancer Jerry Trevex at a late night shows his impresario another dance number. The sonorous Step of the dancer woke the beauty Dale Trem, renting a room below. The indignant girl went upstairs and acquaintance with the violator of silence took place. At first glance, they fell in love with each other. But after the first date, lovers immediately begin to fall into ridiculous situations. It all started with confusion when Dale takes Jerry for her husband Mag, whom she had never seen. A raised Dale runs to Venice to a friend. Hores Hardwick, the real husband of Madge and producer of the show, in which Jerry performs, goes to his wife in Venice. Jerry joins him in the hope of finding a fugitive and there, on the channels, the general confusion is even more aggravated. Visiting the imaginary lies of Jerry, Dale is ready to marry the couturier of Albert. Jerry tries to fix everything, but he does not have the opportunity to justify himself and then the faithful butler Hores comes to the rescue and saves the situation.
