Brother and sister come to visit the grave of their mother in the cemetery in the vicinity of Pittsburgh. Brother scares his sister with stories of zombies, not suspecting that he is very not far from reality. Suddenly one of the dead is pounced on them. Brother is killed, and Barbara runs away, finding a farm house along the road. After some time, Ben drives up to him, in the gas tank of which gasoline ended. They decide to stay in the house and prepare for the defense. Later it turns out that several more people are hiding in the basement of the house. Together, they should barricade and wait out a terrible night - because the zombies will not sit on the porch and wait until people go out themselves - they will try to break inside - the desire to taste human meat in them insanely strongly.
