At the time of the explosion, the car of the taxi driver of Kita Latur is at the entrance to the huge underwater tunnel leading in New Jersey. A huge fire ball sweeps along the tunnel. Only a dozen people of frightened people remains alive. They can’t get out without outside help. Kit Latur makes a desperate attempt to get into the tunnel and bring people out of it. Many years ago, he worked in the Salvation Service, but was fired when the employees who were subordinate to him died, fulfilling his orders. Now Latur has a chance to atone for his guilt. He must save defenseless people.
