31 years after the Third World War and the nuclear bombardment of the capital of Japan, the new city - New Tokyo was recreated. Outwardly, everything is under control, however, the organization of the country now resembles a profane state, which brutally suppresses attempts at the rebellion. In research centers, parapsychological experiments are conducted on people to develop a perfect type of weapon.
