An alternative future. In England, after a terrible epidemic of an unknown virus that plunged the country to chaos, a cruel dictatorship of the power chancellor with all accompanying charms is established: the commandant hour, the omnipotence of the party members over ordinary people and, of course, hundreds of secret informational informants.
