Tokyo monogatari
An elderly married couple is going from the province to Tokyo to visit their children: the son who has become a doctor and a daughter who opened a beauty salon. Children are too busy to deal with parents, and send them to the resort. After a sleepless night in a noisy resort, parents return to Tokyo. Before leaving, the mother spends the night with the widow of another son, and the father meets with his old, drinking friends. It turns out that only the widow of his son provides the old people with a worthy trick with love and attention that they need so much. Own children will soon have a reason to regret their neglect of parents, but by this moment emotional ties will already be circumcised. It is not surprising that they are so easily returning to life in which they are absorbed only by themselves.
