Obsessed with the thought that the Communists intend to steal their “priceless bodily juices”, General Jack D. Ripper, the commander of the air base sends a squadron of bombers with nuclear weapons to bomb the USSR. US President Maffi is trying to save the situation, he gathers his advisers, including the valiant General Tergidson and the former Nazi scientist Dr. Strandzhlav chained to the wheelchair. We`ll have to inform all of the Russians so that they shot down planes. However, the Soviet ambassador informs the president that in the Soviet Union they have constructed secret weapons of retaliation, which automatically launches rockets if at least one bomb falls into the country.
