Obsessed with the thought that the Communists intend to steal their “priceless bodily juices”, General Jack D. Ripper, the commander of the air base sends a squadron of bombers with nuclear weapons to bomb the USSR. US President Maffi is trying to save the situation, he gathers his advisers, including the valiant General Tergidson and the former Nazi scientist Dr. Strandzhlav chained to the wheelchair.
