In 1921, the Armenian family, fleeing the genocide, came to Marseille. Through the memories of a six -year -old child, a family story is represented, united by love and tenderness. The film tells about the fate of the Zaryan family. Azat Zavryan lands in the port of Marseille with his family: father, mother and two aunts. The Armenians pursued by the Turks know how hard it is to adapt to new life and difficult work. But despite all the hardships, the family remains tightly united. Adults deprive themselves of a lot, in order to get an education in the future and become an engineer.
