Mall has a birthday. She is 27 years old, but the holiday does not make her happy. She lives with her parents on a small island and literally suffocates from misunderstanding and oppression of the family circle. Mall meets his first love in a troubled time - a serial killer is taking on the island. The Pascal arising from nowhere becomes for the Mall the embodiment of freedom. With him, she first feels alive and gets rid of all invisible shackles. But the happiness of Mall haunts her family and residents of the island. They suspect Pascal of involvement in these brutal incidents. Mall has to choose: to be along with Pascal against everyone or stay on the side of the majority.
