Spy games continue. Special services cannot leave Perren alone - the new minister found a dossier on a high blond, in charge of Bernard Milan, and following the hint of Captain Cambre, who suspect a Toulouse on a farce with a high blond and murder of Milan, orders Colonel Toulouse to present him a “superagent”. He in confusion comes up with the story that the blond recently died when performing a special operation in the tropics, but the minister demands to bring the body to his homeland for burial with honors. Toulouse sends his people to Rio de Janeiro, where Perren lives with Christine to kill him. The blond again gets away from danger, without suspecting anything.
