After Walter and Anna were forced to move out of the apartment in the center of New York, they decided to buy their own house! But where to get that kind of money? And here, just by the way, one acquaintance suggested a kind of wonderful house at a wonderful price - one of those proposals that, as a rule, do not refuse. And our unsuspecting heroes decided to buy. But if they only knew what house they got! They were waiting for the house `with a surprise` - a dwelling that fell apart right in front of his eyes, in which nothing wanted to work in a resolute way! But the cheerful Walter decides to start repairing a new acquisition. The battle with a rotten mansion begins, the battle is not for life, but to death! Who will win: the new grief of the host or the house-catastrophe?
