The Lars and Ernie Shmuntz brothers do not attach much importance to the old dilapidated mansion inherited by them until they find out that their dilapidated real estate costs millions. But there is one problem. To sell the house, the brothers must get rid of his only and stubborn inhabitant - a small, but very tenacious mouse. What at first seems to be a children`s game becomes a real grandiose battle.
