Garf and Wayne are young abstract guys, authors and leading youth television program “Wayne World”. A successful businessman, accidentally seeing this semi -amateur transfer of local cable TV, realized that money can be made on this. He concludes a robber contract with them, but the guys cannot follow the pure commerce. The case turns into a conflict, and then the businessman put his eyes on the beautiful rock singer Cassandra, to whom Wayne is very not indifferent. The guys take the initiative into their own hands.
