A serial killer, a psychopath who killed the children, and then painted paintings, was caught and arrested. At least a dozen teenage boys became the victims of the maniac. The killer’s fault is fully proved, but the police believe that there are other deaths on his conscience. This story receives an unexpected development in a small town near Berlin, where a policeman named Michael Martens lives. Not so long ago, a tragedy happened in Michael - a young girl, a friend of his son, was brutally killed. Michael is completely absorbed in the investigation of the circumstances of this death. Being sure that the girl became one of the many victims of the maniac, he goes to Berlin to personally meet with the criminal. Suddenly, the killer, who still refused to testify, agrees to meet with Michael. He tells the policeman that he knows who killed the girl and was even a witness to this crime. It would seem that everything turned out, and Michael can go home.
