Stray musicians come to the small Primorsky town near the Navy base to arrange a carnival. Among the guests are two young people, Etienne and Bill, who were abandoned shortly before their girlfriends, escaping with the sailors. To prepare a musical number, young men have to seek help from local sisters of Solange and Dolphin, who are also engaged in music.
