A slightly strange girl with a cart full of a varied feline people walk along the embankment of one Japanese city, and trumpets in a mouthpiece: “Proka-at cats”. The boys call her a “cat witch” and drapes with all their feet - barely seeing. The neighbor takes out nit -picking ... There are no relatives and friends - only cats. Is she really able to earn a living in this way - and how is it possible - to rent and take cats for rent?
