An avid card player and owner of a night club for gentlemen Cosmo Vitelly always knew how to show himself an independent and cold -blooded person. But, trying to pay with a huge debt, he is played to fluff. Cosmo thinks to cope with the situation with the help of income that the club brings, but its creditors, members of the mafia, offer him a deal - as a compensation to kill their competitor, the Chinese bookmaker. Cosmo doubts, but, finally, deciding, gets involved in an even more unpleasant story.
