A plotted film about one day from the life of bohemia, loafers and “unwritten into the system” in the city of Austin, Texas. For an hour and a half, we have a panopmic of characters before us, and no one lingers in any of them for more than 3 minutes: a dreamy traveler, a person obsessed with a UFO, an amateur conspiracyman, an elderly anarchist who offers a robber in his own house, a collector of old TVs , and a strange girl, or a boy who sells a gynecological smear of Madonna on the street.
