The film tells a touching story about the long -awaited arrival of Americans in Romania after 53 years of unfulfilled hopes. In response to the events of 1998 in Kosovo, NATO performed a series of air raids on Serbia. After several weeks of bombing in NATO, they decided that they needed a ground radar system, and neighboring Romania - an ideal place to accommodate.
