The events of the film unfolded in the 1950s. Thousands of miles of the Arctic desert around. The edge that man had not yet had time to destroy. Charlie Holliday was born in order to work in such a place. His plane plowed the airspace in almost any weather, delivering food to the most remote corners of the Canadian Arctic. He was used to risking his life and for a good reward was ready for almost everything. It is not surprising that even knowing about the upcoming Buran, he agreed to deliver to a hospital suffering from tuberculosis a girl Iunit from a local tribe. However, even Charlie was not ready for what fate the fate had prepared for him. His faithful plane was unable to withstand the raging elements, suffers a disaster and a brave pilot along with a companion, who practically does not speak English, is one on one with an endless Arctic desert. Now these two can only hope for each other and, in order to survive among the snow spaces, they will not only gather all their will and courage in a fist, but finally believe in each other ...
