80 years BC. The Persian king Xerx is leading a huge army to Greece, going to repay for the defeat of his father. Agafon’s Spartan intelligence officer is brought to him, but Xerxes commands him to let him go to tell him that he saw at a meeting of Greek policies in Corinth. At this meeting, Femistocles passes the command into the hands of Tsar Sparta Leonid. However, the Spartans remain to celebrate their holiday, and only Leonid with 300 their bodyguards goes towards the Persians.
