The impressionist ode to his past, the present and the future in the form of enchanting fantasy without any plot. The carnival riot of life in its various manifestations, noticed by the vigilant look of the artist, introducing his own memories and experiences into the general chaotic picture. What is not there: excavations in the subway, and a motorcycle march around the night city, and retrospers in a public house and in an amateur theater, and even a `church fashion parade in the Vatican. A cascade of replacing each other colorful scenes, a feeling of a holiday, a flight of directorial fantasy, a recognition of Fellini in love for the capital of Italy.
