Harrigan is a cool police officer to combat drugs in Los Angeles. He was entrusted with an investigation into a series of murders of major criminal authorities of the city. All murders are committed in a perverted form and smell of undisguised sadism. After conducting examinations and investigations, it becomes clear that murder is the work of a creature who has nothing to do with a person. The Earth was again visited by an interplanetary hunter, but he will have to face a creature even more dangerous than himself - with a man.
