Harold is the son of Mrs. Chaseen, a rich woman who does not pay attention to him. Suffering from depression and lack of friends, he stages carefully thought out, but ridiculous suicides, which do not make any impression on the scattered mother. Fascinated by death and all its external paraphernalia, Harold on the old Katafalka himself travels to the cemeteries around the town. At two funerals in a row, he meets a mod, an old woman for 79 years, who survived after a concentration camp and fascinated by life to the same extent that Harold is fascinated by death. Free spirit, it is the direct opposite of the solemn and important Harold. Nevertheless, they become best friends, and she inspires him to live, spread his wings, and enjoy a brief stay on the ground. Time passes, they are experiencing several funny and extravagant adventures together, and friendship develops into love - to the great concern of Mom Harold.
