Four turtles and a rat in the sewer pipes of New York plunged into radiation waste, mutated and turned into human growth of reasonable turtles, and the rat, which used to live with the Japanese master of the ninja-tsa, taught their martial arts. Turtles Leonardo, Rafael, Michelangelo and Donatello made friends with the television journalist and helped stop the growth of youth crime.
