The head of the police department, Dottor, kills his mistress in her own apartment, leaves many evidence and reports the murder to the police. With all the evidence of the culprit of the crime, the investigation does not want to see the killer in his boss. The Dottor himself, having declared the struggle with the Communists and various underground organizations, first tries to hang the murder of a mistress on her husband, then on her neighbor. In the end, he decides to admit his deed, hoping to get an excuse.
