The story of nine -year -old Frankie and his mother Lizzy, moving from place to place, as much as the boy remembers himself. Mother wants to protect her son from the truth, but the need to satisfy the boy’s curiosity makes Lizzy come up with a believable story - she regularly writes to Frankie letters on behalf of his fictional father, who supposedly swims on the ship through exotic countries. Suddenly, Lizzy finds out that the ship`s ship will go to their port a few days later. Now she should make a choice - tell the Frankie the truth or decide on a desperate plan and find the perfect stranger to the role of the perfect father ...
