East Berlin, November 1984. Five years before its overthrow, the East German government provides its claims to the power of a merciless system of control and investigation. The devoted party, Captain Gerd Visler hopes to climb the service ladder, performing the work of collecting evidence against the playwright George Dyman and his girlfriend - the famous theater actress Krista Maria Ziland. He did not expect that immersion in the world of observation object was changing the most detective agent.
