In English -speaking countries there is a tradition - on February 29, a woman can make an offer to a man, and he has no right to refuse. And so the stiff lady goes to Dublin, to try to make an offer to her boyfriend on this day. But the weather changes her plans, and in order to make the plan, she has to resort to the help of a grumbling Irish - the owner of the hotel. Together with him, the heroine was forced to travel through the whole country in order to have time to make an offer in time.
