Daniel Forest is the leader of the gang of ordinary Parisian robbers. He dreams of an ideal robbery. The mansion of a rich jeweler in the distant American city of Chicago seems to him tempting and worthy prey, the future masterpiece in his `track record`. With his faithful partners, he comes to the city, and then real adventures begin. The robbers find themselves in the wrong part of the city, quarrel with a local black group, steal a car of one of the bosses of the Chicago mafia and only after that they hack and rob the treasured house.
