Sergeant Bilko is a brilliant fraudster, wit and an incorrigible debator. He is the most unreliable person in the district, and at the same time everyone loves him. Well, not all, of course. It is difficult to love a person whose hand you find in your pocket. Sergeant Bilko has one sworn enemy, one friend and one lover. Ernest Bilko heads a garage at the military base. He has a special gift to “diagnose“ broken cars, without opening the hood cover. In addition, Ernest finds money everywhere ... by smell. The sergeant beatenly respects the US Army soldiers and officers deeply. He believes that these patriots have done a lot for their country and have every right to have fun in the muster -free time. Sergeant Bilko, of his own free will, assumed the duty of the mass-car-stalemate for retired officers and turned the Fort Baxter into a gambling center. Communicating with this unusual person, you can be sure of only one thing: if the sergeant Bilko concluded a bet, it was he who will remain in the winnings.
