Sergeant Bilko is a brilliant fraudster, wit and an incorrigible debator. He is the most unreliable person in the district, and at the same time everyone loves him. Well, not all, of course. The sergeant beatenly respects the US Army soldiers and officers deeply. He believes that these patriots have done a lot for their country and have every right to have fun in the muster -free time.
