The hero of Jackie Chan is a playboy, a half -minister, a half -eaten and a whole womanizer. The newspaper tycoon Imamur, whose daughter was gone, addresses him. Jackie makes his way to a luxurious cruise airliner, on which the Mammar Gang of Criminals holds his victim. Available only in one way, Jackie manages to pretty spoil the journey to these scum and free the most beautiful of women.
