In the distant future, the polar snow melted, covering all the earth with water. The authors immerse us in the fantastic world of a few people living in the water, where the most expensive are fresh water, earth, food, cigarettes, etc. “Smokers” kill, rob, turn into slavery - use internal combustion engines.
