The young Albanian woman Lorna is marriage by calculating a drug addict to get Belgian citizenship. Her intentions are far from innocent: in the event of an overdose, she will gain the freedom that she dreamed of her whole life. The conflict is based on two opposite aspirations: Lorna`s dream of becoming independent and her husband’s desire to abandon her bad habits and stay alive.
