The Girl in the Cafe
The Girl in the Cafe
Lawrence, an adviser to the Minister of Finance, is preparing for an international summit. He has long devoted to all his work, tedious reports and routine checks. He is very busy and at the same time infinitely lonely. Once for lunch, Lawrence gets acquainted with a sweet, shy girl Gina and invites her to draw up a company at the upcoming important meeting in the capital of Iceland. Once at a meeting of the leaders of the countries of the big eight, the girl learns about the shocking facts, which are discussed by the governments behind closed doors. Not wanting to endure the cynicism with which a handful of politicians doomes to hunger and suffering millions of people, Gin decides to express his indignation. A simple “girl from a cafe” openly accuses the elite of the leading world powers. Can this bold act be unpunished?
