Paul and Barbara, thrown ashore of a small island, found refuge in an abandoned fishing village. When Barbara suddenly disappears among the ugly and repulsive local residents, Paul has to face the frightening reality of a lone town. Paul decides to a terrible investigation of Barbara’s disappearance alone in the midst of the complete inaction of the terrible inhabitants of the village. But the fact that Paul discovers as a result of searches inspires fear and horror and threatens the danger to the whole world.
