One of the followers of the maniac-killer saw, Mark Hoffman, following the covenants of his bloody guru, prepares another deadly puzzle. Meanwhile, the Star agent begins to guess about the connection of Hoffman with a saw, and Hoffman has to go on a new hunt to destroy all the strings leading to it.
