Having received the news of the murder of Detective Carrie, two experienced FBI employees, agent Stam and Agent Perez, arrive at the police station to help the old detective Hoffman to analyze the last terrible game of the saw and combine all parts of the puzzle. However, when Captain Rigg, the last policeman, untouched by a saw, is abducted and involved in the monstrous game of the maniac, the officer has only ninety minutes to detect a number of interconnected traps ... or face their merciless consequences.
